This is for Fundraisers.
At Charity Slam, we understand that cost is an important factor when choosing a learning event to attend. Value for money is key.
We've done a number of things to ensure this is worth attending. For starters, we have a Council. We've brought on board a team of charity professionals from fundraising across the board, to ensure the content is valuable, engaging and tangible.
Our speakers are briefed beforehand and the sessions are curated and constructed to bring value and a level of experiential-ism to really help to get the messages across and help your ideas to stick.
At charity slam, you will not get: a 'miracle' 5 point plan of how to make your next £100k, or be ‘spoken at’ about how best to close the big deal. You will be learning on a visceral level, becoming involved, engaged and thinking on your own. Drawing your own conclusions, and getting a safe space to play them out.
Finally: We try to keep costs down for charities, while offering as much as we can. We want this to be worth your money. We refuse to allow sponsored speaker places, paid for exhibition stands, sales people etc. Basically, anyone who isn't a fundraiser, as we feel it lessons the value of attending.
This is for you.
Nothing kills creativity, better than criticism. Allow yourself to take part, and reap the benefits of your own ideas.
